One of GREENMAX main partners is a well-known waste treatment company in Mie Prefecture. It was founded in 1970 and has a history of 53 years. Its main business includes the recycling of car bumpers, aluminum cans, PET beverage bottles, food residues and foam. The company started EPS recycling business 13 years ago, obtained the qualification for foam intermediate processing, and began to use EPS recycling machine to process foam waste generated from nearby factories. Initially, they purchased the machine made in Japan, and the first generation product was a diesel capacity reducer. At first, the machine ran normally, but as its age increased, various failures began to occur. Due to the shortage of personnel in Japanese factories, each repair and replacement of parts takes a lot of time. Once a problem occurs, foam will pile up, seriously affecting the normal operation of the factory.

In 2018, the customer's factory manager accidentally discovered the GREENMAX EPS recycling machine at a factory in Nagoya. This customer uses EPS foam densifier M-C200. One person can easily complete all the processes of feeding, discharging and sorting, and the output is very large. After learning about this situation, the person in charge of the factory searched the GREENMAX official website online and left a message hoping to obtain relevant information about EPS foam densifier. The sales person in charge of GREENMAX immediately contacted the customer's factory person in charge and provided relevant assistance.

In May of the same year, at the Tokyo Environment Show, GREENMAX EPS recycling machine attracted the attention of many customers. The person in charge of the customer's factory and the person in charge of the technical department went to the exhibition site together to have a detailed understanding of the operating details and working principle of the machine. After the exhibition, GREENMAX staff recommended actual use cases in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan to customers. The person in charge then visited the site and learned more about the actual use of the machine.

In 2019, the customer began to consider purchasing GREENMAX EPS foam densifier. Since the nature of the customer's company is industrial waste recycling, a series of information needs to be submitted to the government before it can be replaced with new equipment. GREENMAX staff began to cooperate with San Gong to provide a series of machine-related information, including vibration test reports, noise test reports, taste test reports and other related information.

After 1-2 years of data updates, in 2021, the customer placed an order for an EPS foam densifier M-C300, equipped with a water cooling and automatic loading system. The entire system was confirmed to be correct after multiple tests at the factory, and was then sent to the customer's factory. The large production capacity of EPS foam densifier M-C300 makes customers very happy. They no longer need to waste a lot of manpower due to low production capacity, which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces labor costs.
