AES is a foam cutting company located in Florida, USA. It is mainly engaged in cutting Styrofoam architectural decoration. As a well-known family-owned enterprise, it has a 14-year operating history. As the scale of the industry continues to grow, more waste will be produced in the process of cutting waste. Currently, 5-6 bags are produced a day. Most of these styrofoam density are 1lbs, and a few are 2lbs. The size of the waste is relatively small. There are no big chunks of material. Even so, EPS foam is full of air and is very difficult to recycle without pretreatment, which also brings considerable difficulties to other subsequent reuse work.
Before purchasing the GREENMAX Styrofoam recycling machine, AES processed waste mainly in two ways. One was to sell it to some local companies, who would use the waste as filler in the construction industry. Although they provided door-to-door pick-up services, within a month The quantity purchased is limited, the maximum purchase is 50 bags, and the monthly payment is US$800.The remaining unsold scrap will be taken away by the supplier for recycling free of charge. Before learning about the GREENMAX Styrofoam melting machine, the company also tried to deal with this kind of EPS waste, but it only used a trash can with compression function, and the compression effect was very little. After learning about the Styrofoam recycling machine, it has a lot of ideas for this kind of waste and very interested in more powerful compression devices.
If there is not a suitable Styrofoam recycling machine, there may be more troubles: because the local company sometimes fails to pick up the goods in time, a large amount of cutting waste accumulates in the warehouse. The customer's warehouse area is not large, and the waste Accumulation will affect warehouse operations and the maintenance of 5S. After learning about the customer's problem, GREENMAX took the initiative to introduce Styrofoam recycling machine to help solve the problem.
In May 2024, GREENMAX paid an on-site visit to AES Company and met with the boss. He introduced the advantages of Styrofoam melting machine in detail offline. The boss of AES was very interested in this machine and believed that it could help them compress the waste materials that take up space, which is very useful. While saving a lot of space, you can also sell the compressed material back to us. The most important thing is that with this machine, his warehouse will not be filled with Styrofoam waste every day, waiting for the processing company to pick up the goods. This is what he is most satisfied with.
At present, the customer has received the Styrofoam melting machine and installed it and started using it. The effect is very good, and the waste materials previously accumulated in the warehouse are being processed one after another. Customers are also looking forward to selling the compressed materials back to us to realize the recycling cycle.
