Recycling is an eternal theme. A sudden Russian-Ukrainian war has suddenly plunged the whole of Europe into an energy crisis. The lack of raw materials has become the biggest worry for every manufacturer. The prices of various recycled plastics have also risen. Recycling plastic waste has become a priority for every factory. Because waste can also be used as an energy source.
INTCO Recycling has been committed to helping every plastic factory make maximum use of waste plastic scraps. Mapo S.R.O, a company in Slovakia, has purchased a GREENMAX PE foam densifier M-C50 several years ago with an attitude of trying to process PE scraps with a monthly output of no more than two tons. The founder of Mapo, Mr Matus, said that as a medium-sized manufacturer of packaging materials, they do not produce much PE foam leftovers. However, for the purpose of protecting the environment and practicing sustainable development, he still decided to recycle his 2 tons of PE foam scraps per month, and then hand it over to a recycling company for processing and reuse. Since purchasing this PE foam densifier from GREENMAX, Mapo has recycled nearly 100 tons of PE foam. During this period, the INTCO team has also maintained close contact with Mapo to discuss the latest plastic recycling solutions.
Lately, Mapo once again contacted the INTCO Recycling team and wanted to begin a second cooperation. After the outbreak of the epidemic, the fast-moving consumer goods and logistics industry has developed rapidly, and the demand for packaging in all walks of life has surged. As a result, the business of Mapo has also achieved sustained growth, naturally generating more PE foam waste. The previously purchased GREENMAX PE foam densifier has been unable to meet its existing PE foam recycling needs. Based on the demand of Mapo, INTCO responded quickly and provided a new GREENMAX PE foam densifier M-C100, which can carry out professional EPE sheet and PE film recycling in one machine. This machine perfectly fits Mapo's requirements and has been specially customized to meet Mapo's growing PE recycling needs.
The second cooperation between Mapo and INTCO Recycling confirms INTCO professionalism in plastic recycling. As a foam recycling expert, INTCO has solidified the mechanical foundation, accumulated rich recycling experience, and manufactured a variety of foam recycling machines to help customers from all over the world to solve the problem of waste foam. Taking Mapo as an example, after recycling PE foam waste, Mapo's warehouse has been restored to a clean and tidy state, while reducing potential safety hazards. In addition, PE ingots were sold to recyclers, bringing Mapo an additional income. From an economic and environmental point of view, Mapo has achieved its goals.
