EPE foam is a commonly used foam for packaging and cushioning materials. EPE foam is a very popular material in the market due to its low cost and wide range of applications. BPW is an EPE foam cutter in the United States. It cuts the EPE foam and stuffs it into the box, which is used as a cushioning material to protect the product. In this process, a lot of EPE foam waste of various colors and sizes will be produced.
BPW has a 40-foot dumpster. Every month, nearly a ton of EPE foam waste can fill this bin. In the past, BPW cooperated with a recycler and gave them EPE foam waste for disposal for free. However, in the long run, BPW found that this process was very labor-intensive (employees were required to cut and bag the EPE foam). Moreover, EPE foam is an expanding foam, which is bulky and takes up a lot of space. But there was not so much space in the warehouse to put the waste. In addition, sometimes recyclers could not come to take away the waste in time, and the accumulated waste might cause safety hazards in the long run. All the above problems make BPW feel distressed.
BPW realized these problems with the company's waste management model and decided to make a change. Due to the continuous expansion of the company's business, there is more EPE foam waste, so BPW wants to recycle EPE foam by itself. At the end of 2020, Brian, the boss of BPW, found the INTCO Recycling solution online and had a preliminary understanding of the GREENMAX recycling machine. INTCO Recycling actively contacted Brian, introduced our machines in detail, and sent many related videos and data materials. According to the scrap photos sent by Brian, as well as their output and budget, we recommend GREENMAX EPE foam densifier M-C50 to them.
Due to GREENMAX's high popularity and excellent reputation in the North American market, BPW finally chose our machines. BPW placed an order on March, 21 and received the machine in mid-May. This EPE foam densifier works well for two years. BPW also rated the machine very highly: it saved waste disposal costs, but also added additional raw material income. INTCO not only provides EPE foam densifiers but also purchases EPE foam raw materials globally, making it a one-stop EPE foam recycling model. Good recycling cooperation means a win-win situation.
