INTCO Recycling PE foam densifier helps Atlas Foam Products build confidence in recycling projects and achieve sustainable development
In California, USA, Atlas Foam Products has built a reputation as a leading foam processor and custom foam supplier. Playing a key link between raw material suppliers and original equipment manufacturers, specialize in the design, processing and manufacturing of innovative finished foam products, packaging, components and assemblies and have been working in this field for more than fifty years.
ITNCO Recycling learned that the customer's main product is EPE foam, and the way to recycle is to landfill. In the early stages of the project, Atlas Foam Products has been hesitant to independently develop PE foam recycling business. It believes that the investment cost of the garbage recycling system is high, it is relatively unfamiliar with the foam recycling process and technology application, and there is a lack of mutual trust.
After half a year of negotiations, we first highlighted the positive impact of waste recycling on the environment and community by providing case studies, as well as the positive impacts of long-term recycling, such as sustainability benefits. At the same time, we emphasize the positive impact of PE foam recycling on corporate social responsibility and company brand, which will make Atlas Foam Products a benchmark among environmentally friendly companies; in terms of technology, we guarantee training and after-sales support to customers to ensure the ease of use of the machine and user friendliness. After learning more about PE foam recycling, the customer changed his initial stereotype about foam recycling. Considering the limited capacity of landfills, waste of resources and other disadvantages, the customer wanted to process waste through recycling to improve economic efficiency and save costs, create new business opportunities and achieve sustainability goals, the final customer chose INTCO Recycling in December 2022, using the PE foam densifier with a high compression ratio to launch a PE foam recycling project.
The customer generates about 3 tons of EPE foam waste every month, which is processed by the PE foam densifier M-C50, saving nearly a thousand US dollars in landfill costs. So far, customer feedback has been good. Compared with competitors' products, customers are satisfied with the performance and efficiency of the machine. Taking into account cost-effectiveness, INTCO Recycling provides better value. In particular, the high-quality and complete after-sales service also made the relevant person in charge of Atlas Foam Products full of praise for us.
