OPCO INC. is a Styrofoam cutter and fabricator located in PA. For more than 30 years, OPCO constantly enriches and improves its technology to meet the different needs of different customers and provide better insulation solutions to customers. The fast-growing business has led to new problems as well as profits. In the process of producing, a lot of waste material is also produced. Styrofoam contains 98% air due to its structure, which means that waste Styrofoam will take up limited processing and storage space. In addition, the accumulation of waste Styrofoam will also cause safety risks. There are some fire cases caused by waste Styrofoam.
In fact, OPCO has already decided on the disposal of waste Styrofoam. Many years ago, OPCO purchased a Styrofoam densifier to compress Styrofoam to reduce its volume and then sold the compressed Styrofoam to recyclers for profit. Because of the ingots formed after the compression of waste Styrofoam can be used as recycled material for the recycled plastics market.
Later, OPCO and INTCO Recycling formed a partnership on compressed ingots. OPCO has two types of waste foam, which the company mixes together for pressing and then sells the compressed ingots to INTCO Recycling. INTCO Recycling is a Styrofoam recycling expert who makes Styrofoam into beautiful frame products through professional machines and processing lines and sold to retail stores of Walmart, Home Depot, and Ikea. From trash to photo frames, INTCO Recycling has turned waste into treasure.
After a time, OPCO wants to update in Styrofoam recycling, so they contacted INTCO Recycling. OPCO wants to buy another Styrofoam densifier, which can handle two different Styrofoam separately to maximize profits. Meanwhile, OPCO also puts forward higher requirements for the densifier compression ratio. After communication, OPCO finally selected the GREENMAX Styrofoam recycling system. Its compression ratio can reach 90:1, compared with the old machine’s increase of nearly one time. The increase in production capacity also leads to lower labor costs for them. Besides, OPCO also realizes its requirement of recycling two kinds of waste separately through this Styrofoam densifier and gets more profits.
Now, more and more manufacturers and cutters are using Styrofoam densifier to improve the management of warehouses, reduce safety risks, and get profits. And, these producers can implement the ESG philosophy through Styrofoam recycling. INTCO Recycling can not only buy Styrofoam ingots but also provides its own professional Styrofoam recycling machine brand GREENMAX to help customers solve their recycling problems.
