Pierson is a leading provider of network integration and infrastructure services to the education, government and healthcare markets located in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic region, serving 48 states. For thirty years, they have helped countless customers install and service servers, PCs, laptops, network equipment and other hardware. Their professional IT hardware implementations have earned them an excellent reputation.
As Pierson's business continues to expand, they have more and more EPS and pearl cotton foam packaging for electronic packaging materials, network facilities, etc., and sometimes the amount of waste equivalent to a 40-foot dumpster can be produced in a day, and the amount of foam packaging produced. This has caused them a lot of space problems; in addition, as the cost of landfilling foam plastic in the United States has become higher and higher in recent years, they are eager to find a solution for PE foam recycling and EPS foam recycling, making foam recycling greener things, contribute to the protection of the environment. After repeated comparisons and thoughts, the relevant person in charge of Pierson approached INTCO Recycling GREENMAX at the end of 2022 and chatted with sales staff and engineers about the project plan for PE foam recycling and EPS foam recycling. At the same time, he hoped that INTCO Recycling GREENMAX could give a reasonable and satisfactory answer.
After INTCO Recycling GREENMAX learned about the customer's demands, it immediately arranged for the customer to go to a nearby customer who had already established a cooperative relationship with us to see the on-site operation of the machine, which gave Pierson's project leader a better understanding of the foam densifier. After a good understanding of the size and hardness of the customer's materials, as well as the customer's own needs for automation, we designed the foam densifier M-C300E solution for the customer. The material feeding bin transports the material, which greatly reduces the space troubles of the customer and improves the efficiency of workers. With high operational efficiency, the use of foam densifier for recycling avoids plastic foam from being landfilled. Pierson has also truly realized PE foam recycling and EPS foam recycling.
Up to now, this foam densifier has been in operation for nearly 6 months. It not only saves landfill fees, but also realizes the recycling of waste materials and establishes a good public image. Thanks to Pierson for his contribution to environmental protection, INTCO Recycling will work with Pierson in the future to achieve true foam recycling using a complete recycling solution.
