INTCO Recycling EPS foam densifier helps TECNOLOSAS with EPS dust recycling and achieves win-win cooperation

TECNOLOSAS is a company located in Mexico, mainly engaged in the production of EPS foam building materials. In the beginning, the company was engaged in the distribution of EPS foam. With the gradual expansion of the business scope, TECNOLOSAS purchased EPS foam molding equipment and recycling in 2019. Equipment for the production of EPS products for building materials. EPS dust is generated in the recycling system, which cannot be reused, and because the dust is powdery, large in size, and light in weight, it is considered as hazardous waste in the local area. Neither recyclers collect it nor waste disposal companies are willing to collect it. Dealing with this waste puts the customer in a dilemma and urgently needs to find a solution regarding EPS dust. 

By searching for relevant content on EPS dust recycling, customers have a preliminary understanding of INTCO Recycling. In the beginning, just knew that we were making EPS foam recycling equipment. After communication, they learned that there are still some differences and difficulties in the recycling of EPS dust compared with ordinary EPS waste, but we have experience in dust processing, and according to the requirements of customers An EPS foam densifier specially designed to deal with EPS dust was specially customized, and the customer finally placed an order for this EPS foam densifier at the end of November 2019.

After receiving the EPS foam densifier M-C50, the guests quickly put it into use and said that they were very satisfied with the effect of the equipment. We visited the customer's factory on July 22 to learn more about the use of the equipment by the guests and learned on the spot that the customer has accumulated about 8 tons of EPS hot melt ingots. It was through this opportunity that the guest got a better understanding of Intco Recycling EPS procurement business. Finally, the guest conducted the first EPS purchase and sale business with us in October 2022. The guest was very surprised by our professional EPS dust recycling process and was very satisfied with the total solution provided by Intco Recycling, now we are an indispensable partner in the TECNOLOSAS recycling project.

The quality and appearance of the EPS ingots processed by the EPS foam densifier are very good. This cabinet of hot melt material purchased for the first time was shipped to our Malaysian factory around January 2023 and was turned into EPS particles. According to the feedback from the production department, the quality of these EPS hot-melt materials is very good, and grade A particles can be produced. We fed back this information to the customer, and the customer was also very happy, and said that they are already expanding the recycling business of EPS, and hope that more hot melt materials can be sold to us as soon as possible, so as to achieve win-win cooperation to the greatest extent!
