GREENMAXmachine A series are foam compactor. Once the waste foam is dropped-off to the compactor, an onsite machine cuts the foam into small pieces and then cold-compacts it at a ratio of 50:1. The compressed blocks could be sold to end-products manufacturers to make extra profit. Applicable materials include EPS(Styrofoam), PSP(Polystyrene Paper), XPS(Extruded Polystyrene).

GREENMAX machine M series are foam densifier. The foam densifier feeds pieces of foam into a grinder where it becomes small pieces. The small pieces are then heated to 190 degrees Fahrenheit which turns the foam into a soft pliable material that can be densified into a denser form at a ratio of 90:1. Finally, it is extruded out of the foam densifier into densified ingots. Applicable materials include EPS, EPE, EPP, PSP, XPS, PSP/food trays and cups.

GREENMAX machine Z series foam densifier combine cold-compact and hot-melt technology. Compared to A-series, it adds a surface melting technology that forms a skin around the blocks. Generally, the Z series is used to deal with PE material in order to prevent the compressed material from loosening. Applicable materials include EPS, EPE, EPP, PSP, XPS, PSP/food trays and cups.
