INTCO Recycling Offer One-Stop Services for Styrofoam Recycling
Cayuga County, New York, in partnership with local environmental organization Cayuga Climate Action (CCA), successfully hosted its first annual Styrofoam recycling event, filling two box trucks.
Residents can take their used white polystyrene to four drop-off sites across the county for recycling. The collected polystyrene fills two 9-foot trucks and without Styrofoam recycling, the waste foam would have been sent to landfill. The foam, which measures approximately 492 cubic feet, is equivalent to preventing approximately 88 barrels of oil from entering the landfill when converted to oil barrels. The recycled Styrofoam is shipped to Thermal Foam in Cicero, where it is baled and shipped to Canada for recycling. Additionally, CCA is currently working with the Cayuga County Department of Planning and Economic Development to plan Styrofoam Recycling Day as an official annual event.
INTCO Recycling is committed to providing customers with one-stop services for Styrofoam recycling. From foam recycling to foam granulation and production of recycled plastic products, we truly realize the closed-loop model of Styrofoam recycling. From waste foam to recycled products, we can provide customers with the best service. INTCO Recycling has more than 20 years of research and practical experience in the field of Styrofoam recycling. The team will customize the Styrofoam recycling solution according to each customer's actual situation and recycling needs, including foam type, humidity, density, recycling rate and factory site conditions, etc. In order to better perform Styrofoam recycling, INTCO Recycling has developed the GREENMAX machine brand, including Styrofoam compactor, foam granulator, washing line, etc.
The core components of each machine are independently developed and produced by INTCO Recycling, and can be customized according to customer requirements. INTCO Recycling has also established a strict quality control system to ensure that the quality of materials meets requirements. INTCO Recycling has a professional team of engineers and construction teams responsible for the construction and installation of recycling facilities. After the construction of the equipment is completed, INTCO will debug it to ensure that the foam recycling equipment can operate normally and meet the designed technical indicators and recycling rate.
In addition, we also provide comprehensive support services, including foam recycling equipment installation and commissioning, personnel training, and after-sales support. INTCO Recycling will continue to vigorously develop the Styrofoam recycling business.
