Polystyrene disposal can be well done through professional recycling machines of GREENMAX

On July 28th, when the Snow Dragon arrived at the first operational site on the high seas of the Bering Sea, it began with a sampling of surface marine floating debris and micro plastic trawling. Later the distribution situation would be analyzed in the laboratory about the Arctic and sub Arctic surface floating debris and micro plastic.

The monitoring results show that sea floating garbage can be seen on the way, from East China Sea to the Bering Sea during the voyage. The garbage is about 570 per square kilometer in the highest abundance area. As the latitude rises, the trend decreases gradually. Among these floating garbage, the foam, plastic bags and bottles occupy the most, up to more than 85% of the total.

The polystyrene, also known as EPS foam or Styrofoam, has now been one of the most widely used materials, thus the waste and pollution of which turns out to be the most serious. Data show that thousands of tons of waste polystyrene is produced and sent to landfills each year without further disposing.

Actually, the most advisable polystyrene disposal is recycling, thus to gain the rebirth.

Designed by GREENMAX, compactors among APOLO Series can Smash the waste polystyrene and compress them into tight blocks, and the polystyrene blocks, after compacting, can be sold for recycling and reused to make other plastic products.

Differently, the MARS Series features at its hot melting process. The machine first crushes waste polystyrene into pieces and the waste polystyrene will be melted after heating. Then the melted polystyrene material will be squeezed out and shaped after cooling. Till now, MARS Series machines of GREENMAX have been sold in large quantities, and nearly 100 percent of the buyers come from the foreign countries.

Whenever and wherever, you are welcome to join us for polystyrene recycling. Let’s make a joint effort to help the earth become more green!
